Default Steroid Info !!!!!!!!!

Hello, I have been weight training for the past 4 years or so 3 days a week with a stable diet and dont seem to be getting any bigger!!

I train mostly my arms and chest, Dumbells, Benchpress etc...

I am now looking to get some steroids and would like some advice on what to use? I dont want to inject, just oral.

I have heard that Dbol is good to start with?? but I need more info before I get some. Can anyone help me to deciding what is good/sensible to start with and what else i will need with it and how long??

Obviously I dont want the side affects and I know that there are other things to take aswell...... Can someone help me please??

Members here are unlikely to recommend steroids before seeing your diet and routine. you say you've been training for 4 years for 3 days a week, well you could increase that to 4 times a week. But, if your diet and training routine isn't right then you won't grow.
It sounds as if you're not ready for steroids as you are not willing to accept some side effects (from the mild to the more severe, depending on the person and steroid, including orals). Oral only cycles can be harsh on your body as a result most people tend to go for injectables. Dbol, as most will say, is not a good first cycle. You need to do a lot more research.
Post up your diet and routine so the members can advise you on any weak areas.
Also, where are you leg exercices?

jon mate

for anyone to give you good advice we need more information.

- age
- rough diet
- training goals

why do you train mostly your arms and chest?

if your not getting any bigger its more likely due to a lack of quality diet and training rather than a lack of steroids. its important you get these things correct first before even thinking about taking steroids!

D-bol only cycle isnt recomended as you will hear from many.
Need your stats,cycle history etc

I want to build up muscle without putting on anymore weight!

Obviously I know I need to eat 6-8 times a day aswell as protien shakes for the muscle, but worried that whilst even training properly I will not gain muscle and just put on weight!

I want to lose a few pounds around my belly, but want to build muscle more!!!

Can anyone help me?

well first you need to decide what it is you want to do,gain weight (ie muscle) or cut BF as they are not the same thing!and if you only trainin your upper body then untill you train your whole body you will not gain!
