Lean mass gains

What forms of gear are good for lean mass gains that dont accompany heavy water retention and bloated-looking muscle?

Just starting to plan out my next cycle

....this last one was excellent and I have no regrets but test E gives you that bloated muscular appearance that I'd like to avoid come next time around.

Ever tried test prop ?

Prop/Tren might be a good cycle for you mate ?

No doubt Extreme will pimp his favorite compound, but i'll beat him to it and point out that Equipoise (Boldenone) is an excellent compound, and has been shown to be beneficial for collagen synthesis.

Otherwise for Test, Prop/Suspension, and Tren/Winny; if you look at orals, consider Var/OT.

okay, thanks guys - I'm defianately going to do further research on the gear you've suggested. With test prop and test sus. the injections are quite sore correct? Just hesitant because I experienced quite a bit of pain with my test E injections.

all that has been mentioned above are very good for lean gains but to be honest if your diet is crap then no matter what you take you will hold water, i am on Test E at the moment and have no bloat what so ever and i have gained 16lbs in 6 weeks.....Diet is key
