Sustanon 250 and Winnie tabs- Will i get water retention?

Alrite

Ive been training now for about 3 years and have made good gains. Im currently just over 13 stone at 5 9" and at about 10% body fat. Ive recently just started to have a little course here and there because my gains have slowed down loads even with a good diet and often changing my routine to shock my muscles.
I go on holiday at the end of august and i want at least another 1/2 stone for that, ive just started having 2ml of sus a week and 30mg of winnie tabs daily. The prob ive got is that i dont want to blow up!!!!!!! I love bein lean but i also want more mass for my hol. Ive read that sus does not carry as much water as deca etc. Is this true? Is there any way i can stop holding water, if this occurs?

sust does cause bloat (sust is basically testosterone which causes this).

the winstrol tabs should not casue you any bloating.

the best way to stop bloating from sust is to use 1mg (one tab) of arimidex every other day. this is relatively quite expensive though. so as an alternative many choose to use 20mg (1 tab) of nolvadex (tamoxifen) every day or every other day. this helps but is not as good as arimidex.

Nice 1 quick reply,

If i was to use just 1ml a week of sus, would this slow my gains down alot? This is only my second course and i have never had sus before!
How long does it take for water retention to go?

its hard to say what difference you would see in terms of gains without knowing yuo personally or what results youve had from previous cycles and what those cycles have been.

water retention from sust shuold subside 3-4 weeks after last injection!

Gadsby, a lot of it depends upon your body type, if you are naturally lean and tend to rip up easily but struggle to gain mass the likelyhood is you wont be to badly effected with fluid retention.

But if you are of a chubbier disposition (like me) sustanon is likely to cause water retention. I find cleaner, high anabolic compounds tend to be a better bet for me.

and you can add priviron and take it ED with nolva

it will be cheaper than use armidex and will give wery good resoults
