| Under Construction | As a newbie and not knowing anyone who has bought steroids, what are your thoughts of these internet sites that sell steroids from aboad? Are they all scams? Does anyone have good experience of any site? If so I'd be interested to find out more. I'm looking for my first "cycle" - prob dura-dec with d/bol & nolvadex. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. |

Firstly, no one's going to tell you of a good source, either personal or internet. you'd have to get someones trust before getting that kind of info. I personaly would't buy steroids of the internet unless they were recommended buy someone I trusted. There are a lot of scammers out there. And by asking these questions on an open board opens the door for scammers to post website addresses. Regards your first cycle, I would personally just go for one compound ie test enanthate 250-500mg a week for 12 weeks. That's not a recommendation, I seriously suggest posting your stats, routine, diet, how long been training etc. Members can give you the best and safest advice that way. |

| Under Construction | Stats are: 41 yrs old Height 6ft 2 Weight; 15 stone Train 3 times p/w at least using Charles Poliquin protocols as mentioned in his book "winning the arms race". Goals- increase muscle and decrease fat. Been training for last 18-24 months and on/off since teen-age yrs. |

I would not buy from any internet site, not like you can go the police if you get bumped. I bought some shit before the door to a good source was opened. Rememer i gave my mate £90 for generic labs oxy. It came in a sealed tub with a hologram,etc and it was fake. I had to eat 60 tabs to find out. Bought dbol to that was mince. |

| Super Moderator Super Moderator Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 1,021 Rep Power: ![]() | your goals are to build muscle and decrease fat now that is virtually impossible and does require good genetics.... but to be honest your diet needs to change you weigh 210lbs and to build muscle you will need at least 210g of protein but i have always gone by with 15g per lb so that is 315g of protein.. you are not having any protein for breakfast why?? after you have been fasting whilst asleep and your body will be eating muscle by the time you wake... you are also not eating enough good clean carbs from sources like Spuds, Rice, Pasta etc etc and where are your good fats?? | Under Construction | Thanks Pscarb The fats come from fish oil supplements (1050mg per day). I accept that I probably have not reached genetic limits but find the progress is too slow for my liking and/or I have to bulk up only to slim down as cannot bear to carry tyre around my waist. AAS will give a good boost at this point in time. Putting in the time & effort nof training will also continue. I will make a few dietary changes and incorporate a protein drink first thing. |
