| Making Progress Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: United States Posts: 226 Rep Power: ![]() | Hey everyone, I just thought I'd fill all of you in on how my cycle turned out. I ran test E at 300mg/week and deca at 200mg/week. The dosages are out of the ordinary but as some of you know I had an issue with tendonitis that had me worried about taking on a heavier cycle. Before Cycle: Flat bench - 185lbs. for 3 reps Deadlift - 205lbs. for 4 reps Squat - 245lbs. for 8 Military Press (barbell) - 95lbs. for 7 reps After Cycle: Flat bench - 225 for 8 reps Deadlift - 315 for 3 reps Squat - 275 for 6 reps Military Press (barbell) - 135lbs. for 8 reps Weight Before Cycle: 173lbs. Weight After Cycle: 190lbs. Height: 5' 9" Cycle was great and I'm loving the gains I've made. I am now a little more than three weeks out and I haven't lost any of it! |
