| Moderator Musclechat Icon Join Date: May 2006 Posts: 1,940 Rep Power: ![]() | there are lots of different ways to use clen. obviously diet and training should be up to scratch before use. i prefer a simpler approach than most.. 2-5 tabs in morning (or about an hour after training if you ttrain in mornings) you can take this every day for up to 8-12 weeks... then a good 5 weeks off at least. if your not used to the side effects of clen take 1 tab on day 1 and increase by 1 tab every 1-2 days until you reach 5 (or until the side effects are too much). yuo can actually go beyond this if you can handle the sides but theres no real point as this should provide enough fat burning. others suggest 2 week on 2 week off cycles and also incorporating ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin stack on the weeks off. both approaches work and will give good results. i prefer the first option as clen is less catabolic than ephedrine - and it is also more condusive to a steady maintainable diet in my opinion. hope this helps! ______________________ If your not a part of the greatest... you got to be the greatest yourself! | Moderator Musclechat Icon Join Date: May 2006 Posts: 1,940 Rep Power: ![]() | nick... have read a few things on this - personally through my own experiences and anecdotal comments from others i think the receptor degredation is actually overrated... yes it does happen... but not enough to warrant stopping use as the fat burning effects of clen are still occurring.. the body gets used to teh side effects of clen very quickly... but that doesnt mean its not performing the task your taking it for! - burning fat! with regard ketitofen... again the dergredation i dont think warrants this... also from what i have read (ok not too much) the long term sides of using this would not warrant it in my opinion for the small benefit it will give! for my last show prep i ran clen for about 10 weeks straight with the same dosage every day... and i still had slight shakes the week before the last show... if degredation was all its cracked up to be that wouldnt happen! also chad nicholls (ronnie colemans nutritionalist) said pretty much teh same thing in his column in a recent edition of Muscular Development magazine. like i say both approaches to use WILL work in my opinion (and i have personally had good results with both)... but for me the dieting process is a long gradual process.. where i favour small changes as opposed to chopping and changing every 2 weeks..... ______________________ If your not a part of the greatest... you got to be the greatest yourself!
