| Under Construction | I am a new to Clenbuterol, I have done lots of research on the internet but can't find any info on actually the best way to take clen. -I have 300 20mcg tabs and I am trying to figure out the best way to spilt up for a cycle. -Also I was planning to use a bottle of deca 250mg/ml (10ml vial) with this? Would this be a good idea. -What I would like to know is amount daily? -what times to take, with or w/o food, time of day? Any input would be great Thanks Kindly Steve |

| Moderator Musclechat Icon Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: west yorkshire Posts: 1,011 Rep Power: ![]() | really don't rate clen when taken alone. it has however recently recieved media attention as some people are now using this drug as a fat loss agent ! never. what a scoop there guys. people have been doing this for years and the media have just picked up it. there are several ways to take this stuff effectively. basically it works by raising your body temp. in this weather, no thanks personally but it's your choice. rather than listing a dosing schedule, i'm sure there must be one on this site already so take a look around trail, failing that, i'm sure nick can post a link to that topic. he's the business at doing that. |

| Super Moderator Super Moderator Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 1,021 Rep Power: ![]() | Clen is a very good drug for fat loss and it does have its place in PCT as a anti-catabolism agent.... because of the half life of Clen the old 2 days on 2 days off system is not effective long term. i have had a lot of success cycling clen with a ECA stack so you would do 2 weeks on clen starting on 2 tabs daily and raising every 2 days by 1 tab to a max of 5 tabs daily then doing 1 week of ECA....then repeat.... | Moderator Musclechat Icon Join Date: May 2006 Posts: 1,996 Rep Power: ![]() | take early on in day - but if you train in mornings wait till after training as it can give you cramps... doesnt really matter about with or without food - i try take any tablets (vitamins etc) with food as usually helps absorbtion. i know im contradicting paul here.. theres many articles which claim you should take clen for only 2 weeks as your receptors in your blood get desensitised to it... this in fact is not true... your body gets used to the side effects of clen but only slightly gets desensitised to the fat burning properties of it... this view comes from personal experience of my self and others and ive also read as such witten by chad nicholls who is "nutrition" advisor to ronnie coleman! in reality you can run it for say 8-10 weeks straight at 2-5 tabs a day - more if you can cope with sides! (take all tabs at once). then you need a good say 5 weeks off of it at least! sorry i know it doesnt really help with getting an answer having two opinions - although BOTH strategies will work!! ECA - Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin... a stimulant "stack" used as a fat burner - personally i never reccomend this as feel its catabolic and can give some inexperienced users a "flat" look to the muscle... also as stated above - dont run decca on its own if you can help it!! hope this helps! ______________________ If your not a part of the greatest... you got to be the greatest yourself!
