OXYTETRACYCLINE

i've recently finished my cycle and befor starting pct i've started to suffer from, what can be described as "Acne". i payed a visit to my doctor's n he has prescribed me with Oxytetracycline 250mg tab's, one to be taken twice a day!

can anyone tell me is the prescribed drug any good.... if so how long does it usually take before acne clears up....

hi mate. yer i use tetracycline for bout 6 months. i mean i took ample doage over 6 months when i probably could of got away with four months. but yeah does work good. i cant really remeber how long it took to clear my back up which was the worst(luckly didnt have it on my face so no scars.phew) but at a guess i would think it took near a month.but then i started taking them in the winter. if you get the sun on them it helps alot and also drink plenty of water because it hydrates the pores on your face. though ive come of them now and you might be able to help me. i have the occasional outbreak is there any facial cleansing products you use which are good? cuz i go through loads of different ones and none of them are never great. thanks.

well dont wanna sound like a bird but recently my girlfriend got me this AVON's own brand deep clensing facial wash scrub. and since using this i have had no trouble with anythin on my face.
