Default A GOOD PCT...

Hi to all,1st post on this forum allthough ive been using other forums for some time and having read through some of the topics here,fort id have a go.
Just for some brief info,I am Aged 24, have been training naturally for 6yrs and am looking to do a cycle in order to add approx 1-1.5stone on.
Iam satisfied with my diet as ive been tinkering with it for some time and i am basically after some more advice on a good PCT as ive been recommended several pct's for my 1st cycle..

(my cycle is going to be)
TEST ENANTHATE 500MG FOR 8 WKS(2 shots of 250 mon/thur)

Can anyone give me some advice on a good pct,ive read the one recommended on the notice but fort id ask for some other ideas from the tryed and tested out there?

to be honest 40mg of nolva for 7 days the 20mg for a further 14 days should be fine but you won't want to start this until 2 weeks after your last shot as recovery won't start until the Test E is leaving your system...

You could add 500iu's of HCG every 3rd or 4th day throughout the cycle to aid recovery...

i must make a point though you say that you are doing a cycle to ad 1-1.5 stones to your frame why are you putting a number on your results ? this is your first cycle and you could react really well and put on this amount of weight but you might not get much out of it some don't...i would just eat and train well and what the course gives you be happy with if you place a number on what you expect you could be dissapointed..

Thanks for the advice mate,
i noted my hopefull gains purely as some extra info as it is a goal for me to acheive but i agree with you and understand that i may well not make such gains..plenty of food and protein it is then
