could be lots of things mate dont panic, its been hot just lately and could be heat related or from sweating or it could be a little acne coming through or a combination of them all!, give it a few weeks and it should clear up by itself.

Spots come with the territory I'm afraid, some people are more pre-dispositioned to get them more than others.

Its worse when you are younger, oldies like me don't get as many spots but I suppose I don't take as much gear nowadays and I stick to cleaner stuff now too.

just a question... do you smoke??

a mate of mine was coming out in spots on back really bad.. couldnt work out how to reduce them for him.. they would be worse some weeks than others.... then i realised the weeks they were worst were when he was smoking lots due to stress of work.... suggested he cut back on smoking.. and it seemed to make a difference... just a thought!

wouldn't worry to much mate just give it a few weeks, the the gear and weather won't be a problem for much longer so your spots will hopefully clear up. no spots for me on cycle but when i use clomid i get a few on my back.
