| Under Construction Join Date: Jun 2006 Posts: 28 Rep Power: ![]() | hey guys me again. a little more info for you. 2nd cycle (did one when i was 18 oral - dianabol) age- 20 height - 5ft6 weight - 150lb im quite muscular already but not that big that people notice me. being short i want to get big so i dont look as tiny, i have about a 17% body fat which i want to cut down. want to put on about 14lb of muscle do a course for about 6 weeks. (not including after care) i wouldnt mind doing injections. are these safer than oral but do they give big gains. iwould like advise on a cycle that gives good gains without too many side affects and doesnt cost the earth. Also could some one pleae give me advise on protection, ie clomid, nolvadex, proviron etc. thanks any help would be awsome sean |

| Moderator Musclechat Icon Join Date: May 2006 Posts: 1,940 Rep Power: ![]() | excellent info sean couple of points 14lb of "lean muscle" in 6 weeks is a hell of alot! maybe you should consider a longer cycle or lowering your weight goal slightly. many people combine oral and injectable cycles together. my first cycle was 12 weeks of decca with 6 weeks of anabol at the start. i gained about a stone but not all was muscle - after clomid PCT i lost about 2lbs of body weight. id reccomend a low to medium dosage of anything for yourself due to your age and development. 20 is quite young to be taking gear if your not competing. ill not preach as chances are you wouldnt listen anyways - but remember that just because big billy mcbig from down the gym says you have to take gear to get big doesnt mean its true! diet and learning your body is much more important in my opinion. the guys who you see in the magazines do take gear - but they have also spent years learning about nutrition etc. what were other peoples first cycles? maybe sean can learn from what we did ourselves? ______________________ If your not a part of the greatest... you got to be the greatest yourself!
