imo site injections do not work mate.. they only swell the muscle through stretching the fibres because of the oil sitting inside them.. if you think about it if site injections actually worked then wed all have big massive asses!!! - maybe j-lo has been on the sust??? lol..

obviously if your just looking for different injection sites then thats another story... fast acting gear is better as its usually thinner so doesnt cause lumps in smaller muscles... but basically you can mix thinner gear (i.e. masteron) with thicker more concentrated gear (i.e. sust) to thin the sust out more... obviously your then injecting a larger amount at one time - but you dont have to put it all in the same site!

just my opinion am sure loads of people will offer other suggestions...

with regard what to use.. basics is always best mate.. depends on your goals of course... im no expert but tren/mast/testex are good thin gear.. sust can cause lumps... personally i only ever do glutes/quads!

I much prefer delts and bi's, your sciatic nerve runs through your glutes and can be damaged easily if hit regularly by a needle.

People always used the thighs and glutes because they are 2 of the largest muscle groups in the body so thought to allow better absorption.

Dino, PM me with some info on yourself, age, experience of usage, previous courses, how long training and what you had in mind for this course, I can give you my thoughts on what you are thinking and what I would do personally without saying "do this" because I'm not a doctor and anyone giving that kind of advice on an open forum could get in trouble.
