Default Gyno??

on a dbol and test cycle at the min.
im taking 50mg of dbol ED plus 20mg nolv EOD
I may be being paranoid but i have sore nipples. the pain is actually at the end of my nipples (clubbing nipple) no where else, no lumps ect. i have recently trimmed my chest and think that may have caused it. rubbing of my t shirts ect
could somebody let me know if gyno effects the actual end of the nipple only.
cheers

gyno will have an effect on the nipple itself first but then extend into a growth under the nipple or to the side of it,

Don't keep feeling the nipple and just forget about it for a couple of days, to rule out that its just paranoia, then have a good ol' feel first thing in the morning in the shower and see if there is any solid tissue or it is irritated.

If you find any, goto the doc and get it confirmed..

Nick

I think the half life of nolv is only 24hrs and is better taken daily, better still 10 mg morn and night.

You could switch yo half a tab daily, trust me on this. I've had gyno cut out both pecs, not only did they remove the estrogen lumps they removed the receptors and a chunk of my pecs too.

Take no chances with gyno its a fukking nightmare if you end up with it and the NHS don't view your case well. If you want methodone thats fine, but you will not get nolv or arimidex on prescription because "its not a recognised treatment for gyno" I was told. I produced the previous novembers Lancet (medical journal) with an article supporting nolv as a treatment for gyno.

My GP asked me to switch to a different surgery because I was "self prescribing" and thought I knew more than my doctors!

how do you mean a chunk of your pecs? surely they would only remove fatty tissue and the glands, not any lean tissue or muscle or anything?

did you have the op done on the NHS or private? did you have a plastic surgen do it? was there much (if any) visible scarring? did your nipples and chest look good after the surgery had healed?

i have mild gyno myself right now (just a couple of small lumps behind my nipples), i'm strongly considering surgery and having both mammary glands taken out, so i'm very interested to hear more about your experience

your problem could be a combination of all the things you describe but not necessarily gyno, the sorness isnt normaly at the tip of the nipple but more like behind the nipple, your nipples may become sensitive on cycle in the respect they become erect quite easily and may be more prone to rubbing on your T shirts, what you must not do is panic and keep feeling them every 30 mins, panic and worry can hamper your judgment and you wont be able to tell the difference between soreness you have created by constantly feeling and rubbing the nipples or the soreness from the possible gyno!.

just leave them alone and check them once per day in the morning, try and wear soft T shrts cotton based or some other soft fabric that isnt coarse.

when checking for possible gyno your looking for a very small lump to start with...maybe the size of half a pea or a lentile that is tender to touch, it kind of feels like a painfull boil behind the nipple area, your nipple area may even become puffy and protrude slightly before any lump apears, but dont mistake this with water retention you will get with your gear!.

There should be no reason for them to remove any muscle tissue at all!, the gland is situated on top of the muscle!, the only thing i can think of is that the surgeon didnt do a good job at grading the fat off, once they have removed the gland there may be a hole wich will leave the nipple very inverted wich has to be addressed, they grade the surounding fat from around the peck gradualy untill they get it to the level were the hole has been graded away leaving a smaller looking peck but smooth in apearance, the pectorial muscle isnt actualy any smaller its just the surounding fat that has been removed to rid the hole.

im not saying that extreme hasnt had any muscle removed but i cant see how or why this would be needed to remove a gland and fat thats above the muscle?, unless they damaged the muscle during surgery wich may have led to a diformaty in the pec???.

can you elaborate extreme??.

I had gyno myself and went private and it wasnt cheap!.

yeah bump for extreme ^^^^^^

also, how did your op go? did you get the glands removed also or just the lumps? i don't really want any fat or the shape of my pecs changed at all, just the lumps and glands taken out, i guess if it meant glands out and reshaping vs only removing the lumps, i'd have to opt for the latter and just be super careful, i'm quite fortunate with the shape of my chest, wouldn't want that to change at all, infact i like my nipples too, just wish the lumps weren't there!

I had sore nipples 6 weeks after i finished my last course, got some advice here about it, started taking nolvadex and still am, problem has not got worse but definately have a hard peanut sized lump only under right nipple now, left is fine. Will this go down? or once you have it is the only option surgery?
