How much Benadryl with Clen?

I've read in a variety of places that you can take Clen continuously for X weeks, using Benadryl every third week to clear the receptors.

My question is, * how much * benadryl should be taken each night for that week? One tablet or what?

Hope someone can help as all the places i've researched just mention benadryl use, rather than the dosage.

You take benadryl the 3rd week of your clen cycle at minimum dosage of 50mgs and maximum of 100mgs. You add the benadryl every third week depending on how long you going to run the clen cycle for. i.e
If running a cycle of clen for 9 weeks then u would add benadrly week 3, 6 and 9.
