| Making Progress Join Date: Jan 2006 Location: Spain Posts: 262 Rep Power: ![]() | Personally, I've found that size and strength come back within half of the time of training i.e 2 months off 1 month to get back. Cardiovascular takes a bit longer. But extreme's right it comes back very quickly and sometimes it's actually beneficial to have a break. But, don't get too stressed about it.
