| Under Construction Join Date: Feb 2006 Posts: 19 Rep Power: ![]() | I've been at a plateau for a few weeks and I know I'm supposed to alter my routine but I really like it and don't wish to change. If I took a course of Sus would I continue to plateau or would I see muscle gains? |

| Illuminati | if youve plateaued could you have over trained- are you trying to gain on too many exercises at once? is your rest and diet in order? try backing off the poundage in an exercise- work back up to your top weight again over a month using small increments in weight-when you hit your pb add even less weight a week(you may need fractional weights)try 1 lb a week progression at most supermod@musclefreaksuk |

For some reason something always comes upi with me such as travel or work or injury and after a little bit of time off I always come back bigger and stronger and break through. |
