Default Plateau - Sus to help?

I've been at a plateau for a few weeks and I know I'm supposed to alter my routine but I really like it and don't wish to change.

If I took a course of Sus would I continue to plateau or would I see muscle gains?

personally, I wouldn't use steroids to break through a plateau...

Agree with soul card...Gear is not the answer to break through plateus these are normally the cause from diet or training...

what is your current diet like on an average day??

you say you like your routine and won't change it but if you truly want to break through and start gaining weight this might be unavoidable...post up you workout and again we will see if we can help..

because gear is a differenty type animal and honestly should not be used because a natural plateau is hit, these things happen periodically...like carb said, check your diet and rest patterns...if you really don't wanna change your routine, try taking 10 days completly off and then cycling your routine by 6 weeks on, 10 days off...maybe that will help, but if you get into the game of using gear for that reason, you will start a viscous circle...

if youve plateaued could you have over trained-
are you trying to gain on too many exercises at once?
is your rest and diet in order?
try backing off the poundage in an exercise-
work back up to your top weight again over a month using small increments in weight-when you hit your pb add even less weight a week(you may need fractional weights)try 1 lb a week progression at most

Soulcard makes a good point. I've plateaued more times in the last 10 years than I care to remember. For some reason something always comes upi with me such as travel or work or injury and after a little bit of time off I always come back bigger and stronger and break through.
