sorry guys , iv seen a thread about my question before but can't seem to find it anywhere.
I need to know when to start pct after the last injection of deca, is it 3 weeks after last injection?

yes approx 3 weeks...did you use HCG in your course

well in my opinion yes...
what stage are you on your cycle?
if you have already finished it then you can start some Nolva straight away say 20mg per day after 3 weeks then use some Clomid this should help get you on the road to recovery.

if you have not finished your course then get some HCG and inject 500iu's twice a week until your last jab then continue with what i mentioned above.

Your situation is unfortunately very typical nowadays and it does astound me that guys will spend time and money on a course but spend no time or money researching PCT.
sorry if this sounds like a lecture but you have to realise that a sound PCT is as important as the cycle you use for sustaining gains and keeping you healthy.
i suggest that before your next course spend some time looking at the different PCT theory's and make sure that when you buy your Gear you also buy HCG, Clomid, Nolva for PCT...

I agree.

When i was putting my course together, I planned the PCT just as thoroughly as the gear itself. It wasn't an option. I would be gutted to gain really well then **** it all up with poor PCT.
