Default IGF-LR3

I've just bought 1mg of IGF. There's a lot of conflicting info on methods of reconstituting and storeage. Any advice greatly appreciated.

so you have powdered IGF are you mixing it with AA or BA water as this has a major impact on storage and shelf life when mixed.

I was going to mix with aa and bac water but I need to make sure I get the mixing method right. I'd be grateful for any tips or advice.

don't mix with both. if it's 1mg of powder in a single vial, add acetic acid slowly to the powder. the powder will dissolve. however much aa you add, remember that the amount of liquid in the vial now contains 1mg of igf-1. therefore, if you added 1ml of liquid, then 1ml = 1mg or 1000mcg. still following ? when you wanna shoot the stuff draw the amount you want into an insulin pin (40mcg say, is equivalent to 4 iu's on the barrel) then draw however much bac water you wish to add, into the same insulin pin. slowly swirl the barrel in your hand, and voila. done. (in this case the bac water is used purely to flush out of the barrel all the igf-1).
when reconstituted in aa, it's said that the mix doesn't require fridge storage, but i'd play safe and keep it in there regardless.

if i'm forgetting something, i appologise. can't concentrate right now.

hope this helps. let us know what you think to the stuff rokker.

i would agree with most of what bodyworks has said although i would add that once you have decided on the amount of AA you are going to use, lets say it is 1ml = 1000mcg

draw up some BA water into the slin pin first say to 20iu's then draw up 40mcg's of IGF (4iu's/2 smallmarks on the slin pin) you don't need to swirl around the mix.
doing it this way will allow all of the IGF to be injected first into the muscle as it will be pushed through by the BA water.

i have used IGF many ways and found the best way to be within 45min post workout followed by a PWO shake...

agree with bodyworks on the fridge storage though even if mixed with BA storing it in the fridge makes sense
