Default deca

Hi guys
I've been thinking about using steroids for a while now and at first was only interested in taking orals as didnt like the whole idea of injecting. while researching this I've found out an oral only cycle is no good so that idea is out the window for me now.
Anyways I have a source that I can get the steroids from and am thinking of taking deca. are there any problems with taking deca on its own? sorry if this has been asked before, as im sure you guys are aware there is alot of info out there although I've found that in some cases it seems to be different from site to site kinda leaving me to not know what to believe !
Also I have read alot about PCT and this too seems very confusing to me, where is the best place to get what i need for my PCT? by this what I mean is, is the gear needed for the PCT too illegal or would this be available over a counter for example? sorry if that is a stupid question I'm sure you guys will punish me for it if it is !!
Anyway any info on taking deca would be great and also with the PCT.
Cheers guys.

Mark we wont punish you for asking questions. The question you have asked was asked last week so the answers you seek are in the threads of the forum already.

A deca only course will give you some results but you could do better than a deca only course BUT you will need to give us more info if we are going to tell you what we would do in your position.

How old are you?
How long Training?
Bodytype and current condition of your physique.
Type of work you do (manual, office, or like Nick and Young Gun none!)

There is not one universal course foe everyone as certain things are more suited to some better than others.

bro, no one ever gets flamed for asking good questions...people get bashed for asking the same question someone else just asked the day or week before...additionally, ALL the answers you seek are already in this forum, you just need to look! Read the sticky's, read the old questions and answers here and use the search button....then if you still don't know what PCT is or why it is not a real good idea to do just deca, please tell us that you've read all you can and still dont get it...we'll be glad to help...

cheers guys. well here's more info so you can try help me some more.
age:21
Training for: 3years
Im currently around 75kgs, had my body fat measured with one of these fancy machines where they stick the pads on your hands and feet etc. Not sure how accurate the readings are from these but the reading was 7%. my abs are visible and quite well defined so maybe its somewhere around that.
I work as an electrician so fairly active job. I'm training 4days a week at the min. my training is as follows.
Monday: Shoulders and Biceps + 15mins ab work
Tuesday: Rest day
Wednesday: Chest and Triceps
Thursday: Rest day
Friday: Back + 20 - 25mins ab work.
Saturday: Legs
Sunday: Rest day.
I currently use 45kg dumbbells for 3 sets on flat bench. Am pressing 30kg dumbbells on shoulder press. I know these aren't that impressive its just to give you an idea of where my strengh is right now.
I'm eating pretty good, well better than I ever have before and I'm not seeing any gains right now.
Anymore help would be greatly appreciated.

Training split could be better. Swap wednesday with friday as your shoulders will be far from recovered from your chest workout currently. Simple but effective modification.

cheers for that tip mate. I will put that into action as of next week. I have thought about that before that my shoulders wouldn't have recovered before I done chest. One reason for not changing it was because my shoulders never to hurt in the days after I work them.

What is your diet like Mark? If you aren't eating enough cals/protein then you aren't going to grow and will lead to overtraining.

If you are naturally so lean you could probably get away with using some androgens without getting too watery.

What has your source given you the options of?

My diet is quite good. here is my typical days eating.
8:00 - breakfast 3 weetabix with semi-skimmed + 2 slices of wholemeal toast.
10:30 - protein shake (maximuscle promax)
12:30 - 2 x large wholemeal chicken or tuna baps + apple
2:30 - 2 x large wholemeal chicken or tuna baps
4:00 - protein shake (maximuscle promax)
6:30 - evening meal at home, usually pasta/potatoes + chicken etc.
Training in the evening followed by a protein shake.
Any advice on this would be great, sure you guys will point me in the right direction. My source I believe can get me pretty much whatever I want.

Ok firstly, you have no direct protein at breakfast time.
How much chicken is in your baps?
How much chicken do you have at dinner time?
How much protein do you have in your shakes?

You should be aiming for around 200gr protein per day I would say and perhaps switch your 10.30 shake for a Mass builder to boost calories a bit more.

I'm not shirking out of advising you on your juice but at 21 you should still be able to acheive a lot of natural gains still before you get stuck and gear is your only option, right now you still have the most wildly anabolic things going on, that is your own natural test levels and GH production which are both still high at your age. Plus enthusiasm, free of serious injury and good recuperative abilities.

Jack up your food a bit and I think you can stick on some quality weight before you need gear, but do yourself a favour and save some money by NOT using Maximuscle products! As a Musclechat member you can get 2.4kg of our Performance Whey for £30 (2 concentrates and an isolate).

If you are definitely going to use juice pm me with what you are thinking of choosing and I'll try and advise with reasons why I'm recommending the compounds I choose.
