Heya everyone

Long time since ive been on here!!

Im looking in to starting on steroids. Ive been working out naturally using just protein shakes and the odd cycle of creatine.
Have also being training for a year or so. But i was also physically fit before i started the gym because i used to play rugby.
I am 20 years old. 6ft 6 and way 14st 5. I have a very good diet which most people have already agreed with on this site, ifr you like you could check my previous posts.

i would like to know what are realistic gains whilst using steroids and what are the most common side effects!! also what can you take to block the side effects

I have done abit of research on the stuff but i thought it was definatly best if i asked people as experienced as yourselfs in using it.

Thank you all very much and i look forward to your response

mark

Edited: you cannot discuss prices on the forum..

in regards to the side effects, this article might be a good place to start http://www.muscledietfitness.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=86

No one can give you a definite answer to this one I'm afraid although i am sure some might try..the reason is because their are so many factors involved..genetics, Diet, Training, Type of gear you use.

well you could write a whole post just on this question..but again these differ depending on the user but one thing you can be certain of is a suppression if not total shutdown of your natural Test production keeping this to a min is the key to long term health and decent keep able gains.

in my opinion the best way to help reduce sides is to first make sure you are using decent gear it is not unknown for guys to inject vegetable oil thinking it was deca...
the first step is to plan both your cycle and PCT together before you start using don't wait until the end to think about PCT..
i am in favour of using small amounts of HCG during the cycle say 500iu's every 3rd day to help stimulate leydig cells..
you can also utilise either Nolva or Clomid after the cycle has finished.
i would always advise a new user to just use one AAS this way you can clearly tell what works for you...and at what dose.

i have not tried to discourage you from using AAS although i feel that you have not trained long enough not are old enough to use them because i think that you will use them no matter what so you are safer to use them with decent advice than no advice at all.
