Default anyone reccommend a cycle

alright. i've been trainin for the past 12 months and now i've decided to hit the sted's. im not setting out to get massive but want to get slightly bigger and stronger and define the muscle.

i train 5 days a week for 2 hours a day.

i try to eat the right stuff like lots of white meat.

would prefer to use deca only from what i've heard.

plz help.

You heard wrong...

test is is definite for your cycle, especially if it is your first.

Are you still making gains? Your probably not ready for steroids.... read this:

Yeah, definitely overtraining. Post your routine, get it sorted before you hit the gear.

When I'm juicing I do 3-4 hours of lifting a week. You're doing 10 hours natty. :shock:

you train with weights for 2hrs per day? jesus definatly overtraining...also what is your diet as in my experiance small alterations to both diet and training can have a dramatic effect on your gains without using Steroids.
