(twice!!), no soreness, puffiness, itchiness or any sh1t like that, lumps just started to grow behind the nipples (even on a ton of adex and nolva), my gyno isn't that bad, but its noticable to me, my nipples are just bigger and pointier n' sh1t, got some ralox on the way which i really hope will do something ______________________ www.muscledietfitness.co.uk |

| Making Progress Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: www.PureMuscle.co.uk Posts: 435 Rep Power: ![]() | had gyno..... got it cut out....and now im just running some prop and dbol to see if all the gland was succesfully removed, so far so good..no pain soreness this time around were as before i would have been suffering big time from the pain and swelling and lumps from just 20 mg dbol for 2-3 weeks. i used adex to make it possible to use AAS and this just used to take the edge of the gyno but wouldnt stop it, the nolva had no effect at all on stopping the gyno, it made my symptoms worse and more aparrent, unfortunatley for a very very small amount of people nolva does the exact oposite and im living proof!. |

| Legend Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Essex Posts: 635 Rep Power: ![]() | i had one a while back on my cycle. my nipples looked a bit bigger but there were no lumps underneath that i could feel. i was basically told that if you have, or are getting gyno - then you will no about it!!! for examople itchiness and soreness. i had neither so i just put the slight puffinesss down to water retention. when you think youve got it its well worrying though!! |

It seems when I next cycle my only option is to do what you did and run arimidex. Essentially stop the estrogen before it can have its effect, because once it starts, Id have great trouble stopping it. | |
