there are many female athletes who look fine who compete and take steroids-they dont all look like maria mutola-roll on the commonwealth games- :twisted:

valentina chepiga, nice. and a former ms. olympia, so doubtful your missus will reach her standard. i like the muscular chicks. good job really. be careful, is it really necessary for her to use them ? probably not. but i could say the same for 99% of the guys on this site. if she insists, then learn in advance.
And i'd stay away from deca, at least to begin with. think fast acting, low dose, anabolics. and gh.
