Default PCT Why is it so important???????

Hi,

I am a newcomer to this site, I have been working out now for 4 years although my diet has been letting me down considerabily, now though I have decided to give it my 110% concerntration and commitment, I started my new diet a week ago and feel its going ok, I will post a pic on here soon so you can have a look, I am bulking at the minute and would like to know how long this should last for before I starting cutting I really want to be looking cut up ready for the end of June???? any comments would be welcomed???????

Also having just started looking through stickies posted on here which have excellent info on by the way, I have been looking into taking gear,( starting next winter, just doing my research now for it) I might sound a little inexperienced when I say this but what is the exact purpose of PCT and why is it such a valuable part of a cycle????????

PCT=Post Cycle treatment.
1. it is to slowly get your gonads & body working correctly again.
2. it will defo help you to keep most of your gains after your steroid cycle.

I am sure the more experianced members will add more info for ya.

What are your goals, stats, diet & routine.

yeah my signature is going soon, I am changing it, I like,the only trees grow naturally one. My goals are to bulk up get a load bigger and maybe in a couple of years do some comps, we will see, I currently weigh 85.9kg don't know what that is in lbs, currently benching about 80kg 8 reps, 96kg tops, my diet is:
Protein shake, banana and oats for breakfast, pasta/rice and chicken breast for two meals at work, can of tuna 5 eggs, 1 slice of wholemeal bread pre workout, protein shake and 5 eggs post workout and a few table spoons of cottage cheese just before bed.

in a nut shell...IMO PCT is one of the most cricital elements to a successfull cycle becuase when you are on, you are intaking far more test than your body can produce and your natural production is stopped...then you stop the outside source of test and you are left with what?...exactly, no test in your body at all!...PCT helps your body restart quickly (hopefully) and safely (if done well) so you dont lose all the gains you worked so hard to get...
