Default Vitamins on steroid cycles

Ive seen some cycles which reccomend b6 in a large dose daily ive heard people say you should take vit c @3000mg a day and a string of others whats the truth about which vits you need more off when on a cycle and why?

vitamin C (5g+) - works as a natural diuretic also keeps imune system up

B6 - 600mg per day, helps to control levels of prolactin

B5 - 2g per day helps to reduce acne and oily skin

Vitamin E - inhances the effect of hCG during PCT.
