ECA stack is a complete fat burning solution, no need to stack it with anything.

I think that sesathin looks crap personally.

I would advise you to stack ECA with a combo of L-Tyrosine, Synaphrine, HCA, Green Tea, and Omega 3,6,9 fatty acids. All of these will assist your ECA in doing its job.

Sorry to sound stupid but is an eca stack epherdrine caffine and asprin???! And what are efas? Umm maybe essential fatty acids?
