Default info on improving cycle

six week cycle deca durablion norma & dianabol
first week 200mg deca 30mg/day
second week 400mg deca 30mg/day
third week 400mg deca 35mg/day
fourth week 400mg deca 35mg/day
fifth week 400mg deca 35mg/day
sixth week 200mg deca 35mg/day
diet eating 4 good meals a day, loading up on caliores with two protiens shakes once when I wake up and before bed, and of course creatine .

6. No test = no cycleno ands, ifs, or buts about it. There are so many reasons for this I dont have the space to go into it nowdo your research and let me know why.

just finished a deca and test cycle and for me 6 weeks wouldn't be long enough, i have never done a short cycle but i can imagine it being frustrating coming off just as your strengh has ramped up!!! and id be inclined to add some test with the deca or to replace the deca.

deca takes at least 3-4 weeks to get going...why only do 6 weeks?...that looks like a cycle advertised by an internet based site that sells gear...that cycle is designed to sell you, not help you grow...4 good meals plus two shakes is not enough calories/nutrition, your messing with the amount through cycle...is this your first cycle?
...i hope you haven't started this train wreck yet...if you have, let us know an maybe we can help you salvage it...

no I have not started, didn't get any gear yet, just though I ask for some advice about that cycle, I,ve ran a cycle about a year ago for the first time with deca 300 and test 400, for eight weeks, gained about 20 pounds but lost half of it, what you think would be the Ideal cycle for me, I'm 24 years old, height 5' 8" ,been trainning sence hight school with wrestling never could gain weight because of my weight class was at 135 pounds, but now I weigh 160 pounds with about 12% body fat, looking to gain some weight would like to get up to around 180 one day what ever weight I fell the most comfortable with. thanks

you lost your gains because either you did not do a solid PCT or because you slacked off on you diet and training after cycle...read the sticky on steroids and post a new cycle...

No test no cycle. well i'm wrong too then cos i ain't using test.

...4 good meals plus two shakes is not enough calories/nutrition,

i'm screwed here too.

i'd better take a look in the archives.

these are NOT true statements, they are some peoples opinions. there is a lot of sound advice for begginners on this site, but not every comment is accurate.

This guy is asking for advice, don't screw him up with misconceptions guys.

using Deca without test will usually close you down, so your better taking test with it to keep your level up & do correct PCT to keep most of your gains

With all due respect depending slightly on what your eating I think you should eat more than 4 times and 2 shakes.

Yeah you'll gain without but it probably isn't optimal.

You don't have to squat to gain and some people have good leg development without squatting. Its still a good idea to tell people to squat.

don't forget bud, while these are opinions, true, they are also proven over time...some people dont get shut down at all from test or deca or dbol, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna advocate for anyone to try it an see...and the diet stuff...many beginners think they can eat normally and take gear and get big, I think we will all agree that is not the case...
