Sust flu

Since yesterday morning I have felt terrible, weak, high temperature and very feverish. I think I may have succombed to 'sust flu'. Yesterday i couldn't stomach solid food so had several calorie dense shakes, but this in turn gave me bad guts and I spent most of the night at the toilet with a severe case of 'bum wee'. I didn't train yesterday nor today.

Today has been slightly better and i'm just starting to come round, hopefully ill be back to my old self tomorrow!

Has anyone else experience test flu? Apparently common when using test prop and sust. It's meant to only last 24-48 hrs so in theory I should be ok tomorrow.

lol all three of my friends i train with have test flu as im typing this post

, my flu lasted around 4-5 days because i had a heafty shot of 275mg-ml of test prop!, so dont be alarmed if it stays with you for longer, some get it and some dont.
its said that its your body reacting to the prop ester and treating it as a potential threat and cranks up your temperature and so on to rid the threat, and some say its the higher amounts of solvents needed to desolve the prop ester in to solution that causes it but either way youl be fine mate, your body will accept it and learn to tollerate it.
