Hi DQ,

I'm no Dr, but that sounds like oedema (fluid retention), I'd be getting myself to the Dr's ASAP if I were you Bud, better to be safe than sorry and all that.

An anti e would help for your upper body..lower body edmema is controlled by loop diretics (Lasix)

Are your ankles and calves swollen? Does it make an indentation when you press your finger in your leg and hold it? Sounds like it could also be shin splints...nothing I dont know much about, but I hear it hurts like bitch m8...I'll see about more info and get back to this subject for ya brother

stay safe
Dan

Ok m8...found these for you...tell me, when it dents in, how long does it stay? tell me the whole cycle...doses and anything like anti-e's you are taking...and this is obviously a new thing so I would say you have a high chanc of shin splints as opposed to edema...go to a minor injuries clinic or see a GP..you may need a scan m8

I hope these help

right have looked st those sites, now theres only sewllin/puffy ness when i been walkin and it takes maybe 20-30 min to go once im restin,so not sure how long the dentin stays at the moment, the first time this happerned was a few days ago when i did my first jab into my leg and then later that day i did a 10 mile hike???before this i never had it,so i think it must be the shinn splints???as other wise the puffyness would be there all the time surely,so if it is its only temp right?and i dont think ill be jabbin in the leg again thats for sure lol
