| In my eyes, you can consider steroids after.... 1) Three years consistent natural training 2) You have got into a routine of eating like a bodybuilder, 6+ high protein meals a day without fail. 3)Age 22+ 4)A good base to build on, nearish your natural max. Having not trained before you should be able to put on LOTS of weight easily in the first year, at least 20-30lbs. Post your proposed training routine, diet and weight and we should be able to help you further, but I don't think steroids are a wise choice, it would be a waste. | |

| Legend | IF you use gear straight away you will mis out on the best gains of your life. you will never grow as fast as when you first start training, put your food in order buy some protien powder train hard and you will grow. To use gear from the off is nieve if you was learing to drive you wouldnt learn in a, formula one car , would you, read the posts on this site ask questions but dont make this mistake. :? ![]() |

DAY 1 - PULL 4 x 6 Deadlifts or Power Cleans Barbell Rows, Dumbbell Rows, or Wide Grip Chins Barbell Curls, Close Grip Underhand Chins, or Hammer Curls DAY 2 - PUSH 4 x 6 Incline or Flat Barbell or Dumbbell Bench Press Barbell or Dumbbell Shoulder Presses Tricep Dips or Close Grip Bench Press DAY 3 - LEGS 4 x 6 Front or Back Squats Barbell or Dumbbell Stiff Leg Deadlifts Calf Raises (3x12) - only if a seriously lagging bodypart Weighted Crunches or Weighted Hanging Leg Raises (3x12) thanks |
