this is meant to be a tried and tested beginners routine, the lagging part was already there. Having said that though i have really skinny ankles so i think to much calf muscle would look abnormal.

is it possible to build up your ankles? i thought your wrists and ankle couldnt get any bigger?

thanks

i understand and hear ya, they are right of course, however, since you are determined, here is what i suggest...read the stickys in this section and read some older and new threads about others cycles and devise a cycle of your own (including pct)...then post it for critique and feedback...this will give you the information you need to have before injecting or swallowing anything into your body and give us the opportunity to tell ya what we think about your plan!...honestly man everyone here will help ya out, but we also care so we wanna make sure people are self-educated as well...i could lay out a couple good beginner cycles for you, but that wont truely help you...

4)A good base to build on, nearish your natural max.

Having not trained before you should be able to put on LOTS of weight easily in the first year, at least 20-30lbs.

Post your proposed training routine, diet and weight and we should be able to help you further, but I don't think steroids are a wise choice, it would be a waste.
this is very good advise
