i have read on this forum that it is not illegal to purchase enough prescription drugs for 3 months. my question is if these are found on there journey are they taken from you.

They can be taken off you but if they are not counterfeit you can get them back from customs, once cleared by the Health Inspector

I had some gear intercepted by customs. You basically get a confiscation letter stating that they've been seized and information about the laws surrounding importation of class C drugs.
The letter basically says that if you want the gear back you have to go to a Magistrates Court to explain why and you will have to contest the matter with Customs and Excise.
Personally I put it down to experience and let it go. Best advice is to use a good UK source.

Steroids are not a class C drug, they are a prescription only medicine, either your gear was fake or the customs did not know what they were doing, I know lots of people who have got stuff back and I know somebody very well who got to keep it by rediting the law to them there and then.

Anabolic steroids are Class C drugs to be sold only by pharmacists with a doctor's prescription. It's legal to possess or import steroids as long as they're for personal use. But possession or importing with intent to supply (which includes giving them to friends) is illegal and could lead to 14 years in prison and an unlimited fine.

hmmm

you could argue 3 months supply at 4grams/week test !

hard to regulate a 3 month supply,doesn't anybody actually know the laws or is this all guesswork?

It would seem that different customs officers and police officers have different takes on it, its one of those grey area type laws like the cannabis laws in Holland nobody really knows exactly when they are breaking the law.

I think if you convince them that all the of it is for your own use (inform them on doses needed etc) then you shouldn't have a problem.

If your importing say 20 x 250mg test enenthate, you could practically prove that it was all for you.

If you got 60 x 250mg could be alot more difficult.

If you got 500 x 250mg - ****ed lol!
