And the questions keep coming

How long do you wait from the end of running PCT for four weeks and the start of your next cycle?

I hear that red yeast rice is effective at normalizing cholesterol levels, has anyone had any experience with this?

I know you wait 2 weeks from the time of your last jab until you go onto PCT for 4 weeks...but why is it that you wait two weeks?

Some say to take HCG during my cycle and others recommend waiting until after a cycle and take it only if you experience testicular hypertrophy. What are your feelings on this?

I also hear that people who have problems with their joints, shoulder cartiledges or intervertebral disks, due to years of heavy training, can get temporary relief by taking test. Is this true or just a folktale? - Just wondering because a few years ago I subluxed my left shoulder wrestling, and now when I bench extremely heavy I experience a slight ache here and there. Nothing significant tho. Damn shoulders!

wow evangelionpunk, couldn't think of a much ruder way to put things if I tried....you come across quite arrogant. Doesn't help me too much when you simply repeat what others have said before you and throw in a few insults along with it

...good portrayal of roid rage bro

12 lbs in two weeks? ...crazy. I look forward to hearing about his progress. How old is he? How long had he been lifting before he went on gear?

Hello fella. I'll try to answer as many questions as I can for you.

You should take at least the same amount of time off between cycles as you spent on, some say including PCT. So if a 12 week cycle ended up 18 weeks (12 weeks on - 2 weeks off - 4 weeks pct) the you would need 18 weeks off. I dont think many guys actually wait that long but I haven't asked. Maybe some of you more experienced guys could comment

The reason you should wait for two weeks before starting PCT is due to the half-live of the Test enenthate. Its important that you know that different drugs have different half-lives and that you would wait a different amount of time before starting PCT if you were on one of those.

As far as HCG goes there seems to be 3 ways of looking at it.
1. dont use it through the cycle, only use it to wake the old boys up at the end during PCT.
2. Keep it on hand in case they start to 'atrophy' (shrink) not 'hypertrophy' as you said in your post ops: . That means to grow excessively! Some people keep HCG on hand and start to run it between 250iu and 500iu every 3-4 days from then on in.
3. (my choice) Take the above dose to PREVENT the old boys shrinking in the first place! The better your nuts function toward the end of your cycle the more of your gains you can expect to keep.

Test easing pain? I may be wrong but its not something ive heard of. Some say that a drug called Deca-Durobolin (spelling?lol) can ease tendons and joints by pulling water into them, but many seem to disagree. Dont be concerned with slight aches when lifting heavy, it can sometimes feel uncomfortable. That said a good warmup and stretching routine is not to be overlooked!!! It will prevent many injuries - and not just the little niggly ones :?

Hope this stuff helps mate.

The 12lb in 2 weeks is likely to be water weight, I have oput on 10lb in a week using Dbol, if you can gain 6lb of lean muscle tissue in a cycle and keep it these are very impressive gains, I read about people putting on 2-3 stone in a cycle, but when water and fat goes how much is actually left?
