hiya body building buddies guys and gals

just a quick message to say that I have not been on the forum due to haveing a operation on my fema and now back in action again, yessssss,

any way good people when is the chatroom gonna be open, soon I hope ,

anyways guys and gals Im lookin for a training partner from the north east and northwest area of lancashire, to train with as I am spending the 2006 training and getting ready for my first compatition, and need a reliable partner, male or female,

just let me know and send us a message and I will get bac to you all,
