Default Best way to keep size after a course?

sorry i dont like to spend time reading through forums so sorry if some1s already posted this.
whats best way to keep your size wen u finished a course of gear? just on 6 weeks of 2ml of deca and 1 ml of sus each week at the moment ..2nd week.
usually when i come off gear i'll loose a bit of weight through water retension, then the weight keeps dropping and so does size, until i feel crap about my siza and dont train so hard and then loose even more weight.
is there a good way to keep the size or is it just keep eatin more and trainin harder? because i dont want to be constantly on and off gear when i loose weight.

What PCT do you normally follow?

The best way to keep gains is the eat as much as or even more during PCT, and make sure you are taking the relevant on cycle ancillaries, as well as PCT meds

Good advice from nick, make sure you follow strict PCT, and keep your calories high. You might want to consider a cortisol blocker like Lean Extreme from Designer Supplements, as they have been shown to be helpful during this time.

Best way to keep gains-
1. Use HCG at 500i.u. twice per week during your cycle
2. Following this do 3 weeks of clomid and clenbuterol as PCT, 100mg of clomid for 10 days followed by 50 mg of clomid for the remainder. 100 mcg of clen per day.
3. After PCT use a good natural test booster in higher quantities than recommended on the tub, I personally use 6 Pro-Male a day
4. Throughout this phase keep calories high but clean as your body is very succeptible to fat gain during this time.

For a higher dosed cycle i.e. 2000 mg total dose per week or over a cortisol blocker is a good way to minimise loss but great care should be taken when using them

IMO:



Best option is as follows:


If your running a very suppresive cycle then you can go ahead with HCG but for short cycles of 4-8weeks u dont really need HCG. And remember if you use HCG remember the loopback effect of the increased test etc.



Normally:


*Eat slightly more
*Exercise just as hard if not harder
*Supplement with creatine
*DONT FORGET protein
*RELIGIOUS PCT eg NOLVA+CLOMID 4 weeks
*Plenty of rest and quality sleep


And youll be huge soon

some of the stuff on this forum i've never heard of at my gym and i seemed to have been mis informed. i've been told that you should have your cycle then HCG afterwards but a quick read on here says should use HCG at the same time, how much will this matter?

you realy wont need the HCG m8, your cycle is way to short for your testicles to atrophy, now with your training you dont want to train harder you need to change the style of your training!, remember when you train for size your causing micro tears in the muscle fibers and then you body repairs them but makes them slightly larger, but before this happens cortisol comes along and breaks muscle tissue down and clears away all debris, so you dont want to be causing lots more micro tears in your muscle fibres when cortisol will be running rife in your system, so what you do is shorted you rep range to that of a person training for strength and train just as heavy, this way you will keep your strength up and also limit the micro tears and prevent unescersary muscle wastage from cortisol, your body will be short of the main sex hormone/androgens to support you new muscle, so keeping training intensity the same will only help burn away your new muscle.

It actually only takes around 3 weeks at a dose as low as 15mg of Dbol per day to greatly inhibit natural test and sperm production, not using HCG in small amounts in your cycle could in the long term leave you permanently shutdown, and as always prevention is better than cure.
Daddy the old thinking was to use HCG and clomid together so your gym is probably just not up to date, it has been found that when you are shut-down the two substances work against each other

care also has to be taken with HCG, so dont run it for to long or at a high dose because it can desensitise the leydig cells to LH, and can further complicate restoration of the bodys own testosterone production.
