what does tamoxifen do?

what does tamoxifen actually do? its just that i have access to that and a few things mentioned on some of the posts via my job. i just deliver the stuff dont know what any of it does

Tamoxifen is a SERM (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modifier) - it prevents gyno by binding to estrogen receptors in the breast area, preventing actual estrogen binding there.

It's different to things like 6-OXO, which are simply AI (Aromatase Inhibitors) which prevent free testosterone converting to estrogen.

The key difference is that Tamoxifen is the only one which can prevent gyno, but it does nothing to reduce circulating estrogen, whereas AIs will reduce circulating estrogen, but cannot help with gyno.

is there any pharmacuticals that are normal drugs ie not illeagal steroids that may be beneficial to me cuz i have access to most that pharmacies use.
