Tren acetate, I understand that this is a relatively safe steroid all in all, and that there is no need to stack it with other steroids, as it does not aromatize. I've read that the common side affects consist of increased acne, hair loss, prostate hypertrophy, and kidney toxicity (of which is mostly exaggerated). Are you familiar with tren at all?
Got to tell you bro tren isnt a steroid for the novice!, its kidney toxicity is real and not exagerated, i know of people that have had damage done and one guy died through excessive tren use wich scard his lungs up so bad they were useless and he died!, but i do emphasize "excessive use" it can be used safely with great results but i wouldnt advise it to be used alone or by a novice!, we talk about deca shutting you down, but tren shuts you down fast and hard!, and tren as a tendancy to make you one nasty irratable son of a bitch, unfortunatley i know of no kidney detoxifiers with a proven medical study to back them up (like milk thistle for the liver) to be suitable at preventing kidney damage!, but if someone knows otherwise id be glad to take a look, there are plenty of herbal combinations out there that boast kidney cleansing properties so taking these would do no harm, the trick is to take every risk asociated with a steroid as real as possible and not just dismiss them as a myth, or it wont happen to me frame of mind, then you take all precautions regarding those risks knowing you have done everything to cover your back so you can enjoy you cycle and limit any risks to a minimum, also there is a risk of getting gyno from tren how much of a risk is dependant on the users predisposition as it coverts to progesterone wich cannot be blocked by nolva or an aromatase, you will need (bromocriptine) or Dostinex (cabergoline) but side effects of bromo are extreamly risky!.

ive got to go take care of my son so im not able to give you all the info i can but most of it is here and im sure the other guys on here will fill in any bits ive missed, keep asking those questions m8

hope this helps a little bro!.

As an example jarman yday before bed I ate a full can of salmon a turkey breast 750ml water 50g oats and a casein shake.
And I'm cutting. Try using protein and weightgainer shakes because IMO three large tacos, two slices of toast w/butter, an egg-white omlet and a large strawberry milkshake isnt a great meal. You also havent done enough research yet as I'm sure your aware, you can just tell this by your posts no offence.

Try this diet

8.00 - whey shake 50 g oats 6 egg whites, peanut butter on brown bread

10. 00 - turkey breast veggies 100g brown rice

12.30 - weight gainer shake.

4.00 - salmon breast veggies 200g sweet potato

5.30 - pre workout shake (whey oats egg whites)

715 - PWO shake (whey oats egg whites)

800 - turkey/chicken potatoes veggies

10 - weight gainer shake

12 - casein shake oats another clean protein source with some good fats cottage cheese peanut butter etc.

snack on peanut butter, nuts, cottage cheese throughout the day to make sure your getting enough good fat and make sure your taking a good multi vit, EPA, creatine.

You will gain weight

Thanks for all the advice guys. And young gun, I guess everybody out there has a diff way to approach it. For example, some of the middle-aged guys in the gym that I talk to who used to be big juice heads when they were my age tell me that I should load up on high calorie meals wherever I go and that if I work out hard, I will keep the fat off and just gain the muscle. Which, given my metabolism, I find this to be a logical approach. But who knows, maybe it won't work. I guess one never knows what diet plan will work best for them until they experiment with quite a few varieties. Thanks a lot for the suggestions tho man, I will definately keep them in mind.

I see no logic in loading up on empty calories but yes your metabolism is quick which I accounted for as although the diet is clean it is quite high calorie.

I am what most would consider an extreme ectormorph and honestly even i will gain fat if i eat tooo much compared to my activity level...despite how fast your metabolism is, fat can still catch up to you...it just takes longer of more...my lady has a real slow metabloism and has to work extra hard and watch diet extra close to look like she does ( and that picture is about 8 months ago before she started cutting!)...so its all relative to the person, but truely to bulk, you must train really hard and eat a lot...and when you think you are eating a lot, eat some more!
