That routine could be overtraining to a lot of people young gun.

As crazycal says, somer true ectomorphs can only grow off a very simple 2 day routine, high intensity.

Fair point I guess, just from personal perspective I just don't think 2 days is enough.

Well, I really don't know how to handle this...haha, I feel like if I eat anymore my guts gonna burst, for instance, I figured...if I eat before I go to sleep then I can't burn off the calories...right? But I have kept this habit for a while...like the other nite I made it a goal to get down three large tacos, two slices of toast w/butter, an egg-white omlet and a large strawberry milkshake. Nothing seems to work...but you still feel that it is a foolish idea to consider gear at this point?

Default Wake up call

right ok jarman do you think you have gone down every other available avenue in try to gain muscle apart from using steroids?, including the solid advice given by the guys in this thread!, right im going to throw a couple of questions at ya, answer them honestley otherwise your cheating yourself!, please dont be offended by any questions bro or my post im not trying to put you down in any way im trying to help you, if you cant honestly say yes to all the questions then you "may" not be ready IMO

1, do you think you have tried to eat enough food?.

2, have you used all the proven to work supplements?.

3, Have you tried just about every training regime?.

4, have you realy been trying your hardest in the gym?.

Breif discription:-
- what are your goals ?

Im not going to tell you that you not ready for steroids and im not going to tell you that you are, what i am going to tell you is that making the decsion to take steroids is going to be right up there in your lifes top 5 most important decisions youl ever make...maybe even higher!, the reason i say this is because they realy do change you physicaly and mentaly!, there are risks you must
address and see if they are worth risking for the sake of gaining muscle and being big or whatever your goals maybe!.

PLEASE READ: HOW IT NEARLY COST ME EVERYTHING!
Im telling you that there are risks to this because in my early years i took advice from people on how to take steroids that didnt know what the **** they were talking about, not a ****ing clue!, it nearly cost me big time!, at the time i didnt care or know about the risks because i was 18 and ****in invinsable or so i thought!, i was given steroids and told there was no need for anything else, geuss what, i got gyno, and cost 3500 to have it put right!, i didnt have access to information like today and you had to trust these ****s at the gym!, then some roid pushing wanker (who after the event got dealt with) came to me in the gym and offerd me some clenbuterol, not knowing about them i asked him and he told me a load of complete and utter bollox, again didnt have a clue on what they were for or how to take them, so i just did what he told me and three weeks later i was rushed in to the hospital with a suspected heart attack from using clenbuterol.. at 18 ****in years old man, i was so scared i was unable to cry!, i had pipes and cables coming out of me, nurses two heart specialists trying to get answers on what i took, and a ****ing pain in the chest like you wouldnt believe, it felt like i had a ****in car on my chest!.

My mum turned up the next morning when she found out and the doctor was having a talk to me, the doc said they were waiting for the tests from all the blood they took thru the night to see if i had suffered a heart attack!, and my mum started to cry realy bad and i felt so disapointed with myself for doing that to her, anyway the blood tests came back good...no heart attack, but they did tell me that the drug had disrupted my heart beat and blood flow around my heart and some other things i cant remember now, he gave me a clean bill of health and said il make a full recovery with no damage to my heart or valves, what a ****in wake up call!.

From then on i have payed hundreds if not thousands on buying every book on steroids, papers, studys, you can more or less name it and i bought it and read it!, i never give advice if i dont know the answer as its someones life your playing with and its not about notching your post count up either, i only give advice on mainly my own expieriances or a well educated opinion!.

Your an adult and your free to make your own decisions jarman, what i have told you and the guys in this thread here i have never told anybody before, its just to show its not a game and the risks are real, if you decide to go ahead and use steroids please make sure you are 100% commited and please please read and learn and ask questions on here until you know what your taking, what needs to be taken with it, and for how long how much, side effects if any etc, and anything else you can think of.

If you choose to go with steroids be safe!, i knackerd now its 5:30 in the morning take care!.

Default wow...thnx man

5:30 in the morning bro? damn, haha, get some sleep, but all I have to say is wow....thnx man, I really appreiciate the insight and the account of your experiences. Brings a strong view of reality into the picture. I'm not on a mission to rush into something if that's what you think. Before I make the decision to go ahead with anything, I am determined to familiarize myself with all the information known to be available pertaining to gear I'm interested in. Being that I have some vacation time away from classes and work at the moment, I have been dedicating my time to researching steroids in general...roughly 8 or 9 hours a day. I just can't stop reading haha. About the questions...I do honestly believe that I eat enough food daily, I often feel sick after I get finished packing down a meal, believe me, I'd love to trade metabolisms with somebody! haha As far as the proven to work supplements go...I have tried creatine and nitric oxide...I'm not sure which other ones you had in mind. I have altered my training regime numerous times in hope that my physique would respond better to program, and when I train, I train as hard as I physically find possible, always making sure that my form is as strict as it can be. Thanks for your advice caymen, you seem to know a lot about the overall subject. Good advice is hard to find. While we are on the topic of steroids, what are your feelings toward "Trenbolone Acetate"? I understand that this is a relatively safe steroid all in all, and that there is no need to stack it with other steroids, as it does not aromatize. I've read that the common side affects consist of increased acne, hair loss, prostate hypertrophy, and kidney toxicity (of which is mostly exaggerated). Are you familiar with tren at all?

That was a great post Caymen. Thanks for sharing your experience like that. Must have been a tough time.

You are a walking advert as to why people should do thier homework before taking ANYTHING. Thanks again mate.

And to Jarman - Nice to see that your taking it seriously. Lots of people dont. Well done mate.

On the issue of you considering steroids, I would say wait a little bit yet. At 21 your growth plates aren't forced to have fused, for some this may be mid 20's. I would give it at least a year, preferably two.

Of course many use at your age and younger, but that doesn't mean they are physically ready for steroids.
