| Legend Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Essex Posts: 635 Rep Power: ![]() | just wrote out this post but then deleted it accidentlly. so il start again! i thought id start a thread - 1, because it will be good research for anyone thinking about doing their first cycle and 2, it will be good for me to get feedback and advice from. the cycle - weeks 1-12 500mg test enanthate weeks 1-12 300IU HCG every 4days weeks 14 onwards nolva 1mg of finasteride ED throughout the cycle and PCT story so far - ok, iv been a bit slack in posting so il write it all in now. iv been on for 10days and have injected 4times so far. my mate did the 1st 3 injections and i did the last 1. iv basically frontloaded a bit of the test coz i wanted to get things underway asap! its pretty good so far. iv been eating and training well and my weight has gone up from 12 stone to 12.5 already. happy days! lifts are pretty much the same. im still waiting for the test to kick in properly. i rekon it will take another week or 2. balls have started aching a bit and iv been wanking like a steamtrain! note to self - get a bird whist on cycle!!! these symptoms show im probably gettin shutdown.problems so far - 1, i havent been able to use the hcg yet - which is probably why im getting shutdown. i didnt realise id need bacterialised water to mix the hcg with. iv ordered it now so i should be able to start the hcg next week. i will probably up the dosage to 500IU every 4 days for a while to kick start my test production a bit and then taper down to 300IU. 2, amps have been a bit of a pain to open and iv been worried about injecting glass. i had a bit of a scare as 1 of the injections i did was pretty sore - but i rekon i was just worried about nothing. i may use a biro top next time to help with this. 3, i trained my legs yesterday for the 1st time in a v v long while!!! my form was awefull and iv really strained my back! im not happy at all. i have a naturally curved frame and to be honest although i realise deadlifts and squats r v important - they arent the excercises 4 me!! i dont want to risk a permenant strain whilst on the gear so il have to use alternative excercises to train legs in future. trained today after doing squats yesterday and was struggling to bend over and pick up weights etc!!! put me in a real shitty mood. i really hope this strain goes away, especially as i have to lift weight all day at work! So does any1 have any alternative leg exercises so i dont strain my bk again. i think i may just use the machines from now on to be on the safe size. all in all im settling into the cycle nicely and although im moody at the moment because of my back strain im looking forward to massing up!!!!!!! |

Sounds like your form is suffering from too much wieght. Get a trainer at the gym to show you proper form for these exercises and start light if your not used to them. Just remember that 10 weeks might not sound alot but it is mate, be patient and try to do the big three dead/squat/bench. You will make so much more progress. I did! How did you get the Bac water for the HCG? | Legend Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Essex Posts: 635 Rep Power: ![]() | cheers 4 the advice guys. fierce - iv ordered the bac water from our friend 2 mate! il be well happy if i hit 14 stone on this cycle! i know what ur all saying about the squats and deadlifts - i know they are the big mass builders. i went down with a friend of mine who really knows his stuff and he was correcting my form and showing me how its done etc, but no luck. by the end i was just using the bar and trying to get the form right - but to be honest it just didnt happen. and my back really does hurt today. its a shame - but i think im gna have to leave them out. i dont want my back to be ****ed through the cycle. i will just have to use the leg machines! |

Its only recently we have discovered more frequent smaller injections of 500ius are better. Saying that you do not need to run the hcg until week 6-8 at 500ius ed. I know guys who shoot 1500ius mon-wed-friday also for those 2 weeks. Also why not get a 1ml syringe with 100 marks ie 1ml and shoot 500iu every day - therefore it will be 10 marks up?? Use a 1ml syringe that you can chage pins on and shoot sub cut.Use a 5/8th orange pin for this |
