Nil on fat but extremely high on sugar, which is readily converted into fat!

So not particularly good lol

cheers nick. im glad my diet is looking good. i was dreading responses saying ' ur eating way to little' etc, coz i dont think i could manage much more. the shake you suggested sounds very good. could i prepare this the night before and leave it in the fridge, or would this be a no no?!

progress report -
im starting my 3rd full week of the cycle now. iv beenseeing some very good results. my weight has been fluctuating a lot though. i went on the scales on sat night and i weighed 13 stone!!!!! i was ****ing loving it - telling my gym buddies etc. but then came back doen to earth with a bump the next day when i weighed myself at miday and i was back down to 12.5. oh well, its still a big improvement. iv been keeping the calories as high as possible and training hard, but took th weekend off to rest and recover. my lats are still aching like **** though!! Tbh - i dont think the test has fully kicked in yet. i kindof wish id of got some prop to kickstart the cycle. however i can feel myself getting stronger with every gym session. im going down there in about an hour for my shoulder session. i will try and get round to posting some pix asap aswel so you guys can see the progress. si

Weigh yourself first thing in the morning everytime, this will give you a true measure of weight increase.

Weight fluctuates throughout the day and you'll weigh a hell of a lot more after full day's eating.

You should be piling the weight on if your eating enough because I know you were way off your natural max at 6ft and 12st. I would say you should acheive at least late 20's-30lbs from the cycle providing you continually increase calories as weight increases.

Keep it up lad, and get rid of that mullet! lol

- dont diss the mullet. just got bk from the gym! strenght is still increasing which is good. here is a pic of me about 6months ago to use as a comparison to when i post some progress pix. i think the sun must have been in my eyes or something!

im into week 4 of the cycle now and seeing very good results! im weighing in at just under 13 stone in the morning now so its all good! the test is definately doing the desired job! i keep thinking , if iv put on this much weight already -then think how big im going to bein week 10, 11 and 12! i think friends and family may start asking a few questions around then!

discovered some stretch marks above my armpits friday night after the gym, but iput cocoa butter on them and they have now dissapeared!! maybe they werent stretch marks after all!?! my diet has been in check and im keeping calories high. i got up a bit late on sunday morning (12 o clock! ) so i had a huge calorie filled cheat meal consisting of 6rashes of bacon 4whole fried eggs and beans on 2 slices of brown bread. i must have used about a 1/4 of a bottle of olive oil! other than that my diet has been clean.


The only side effects so far have been a few spots (which i never normally get) bad temperedness, and increased growth in hair( including body and facial hair) and nails.Oh and increased sex drive!!!

just done my jab and im hitting the gym in an hour to do shoulders. TEST IS DEFINATELY BEST!!!! 8)

nice one m8,i have to say ive not seen any sides as of yet but you are a little further into your cycle than me,the only thing i was gettin was bad muscle cramps but since i increased my water intake ive not had them.
