| Legend Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Essex Posts: 637 Rep Power: ![]() | iv been resting over the weekend and trying to recover my back! it seems a bit better, but i will find out for real tommorow at work where il be lugging building materials around all day!! im dreading it tbh! also i went out on the beers on nw years eve!!!!!! which i know was a bad idea!!! but im going to redeem myself this week by being extra dedicated. i feel really guilty about going out now but its only 1 night and its not gna kill me! ok - im off to do another jab. il keep u all posted. |

However this guilt has really spurred me on this week! iv been eating so much food its untrue, my weigh has increased to over 12.5 stone now, which is quality considering that after having hit the 12.5 stone mark last week i went out and ruined it and dropped bk down to 12.25!!!! lifts are increasing in the gym. Did shoulders on monday and chest tonight! feel pumped and really upbeat about the whole cycle. I definately wont be going out on the beers again for the next few months at least. i really want to pack on as much size as possible before i go travelling on feb 27th. my bro is out in Oz at the moment, and hes also into BBing. i havent told him im doing a cycle coz i want to see the look on his face when i walk off the plane looking huge. just as an idea of my rough diet at the moment to see what you guys think? Today - 7.00 - 5 eggs on 2 brown toast 1 low fat yogourt 10.00 - large bowl of chicken and rice. 12.30 - large bowl of chicken and rice. 1 low fat yogourt 1 pack of snackerjacks 2.00 - 3 cereal bars! 3.00 - 1 large bacon and egg sandwich on brown. 5.00 1 large bowl of spagetti bolognese 6.15 - GYM 7.15 - protein shake - 2 scoops 8.00 - 3 large fahita filled with chicken breasts (2 whole breasts) 10.00 - 1 large fahita wrap filled with chicken breast(1 whole breast) Now - 10.30 - protein shake then bed what do you guys rekon? i was well happy wit today diet! i must be growing off that much food surely! Ok - and now for a question. i still havent been able to start the hcg yet! ****! iv ordered the bacterialised water and i plan to fill 5000iu with 5ml of bac water in a 5ml syringe. my question is - how long can i store this in the fridge for??? i was hoping to do 500iu every 4 days which would mean storing it for a pretty long time. cheers guys. |
