I always train less days prob 3.mon wed fir
when not taking anything then pick it up to 4 or 5days, two on one off when on a cycle.
you just cant recover the same when your not taking gear so why batter your body.
you should still train hard just not as frequent

cycle your training to match your recovery ability

Not straight away. cos your still on it for a while after you come off it,if you know what i mean.
just sort of taper it down and then cut it back while your body gets back to normal
you may find that you actualy hold more gains this way

sometimes less is more m8

...while it is true that you will recover while on cycle, this doesnt mean you need to change your routine that is working for you...you should definately try to increase your weights more frequently (weekly if possible, add at least 2.5-5 pounds)...and keep the intensity as high as possible...remember, growh happens during rest, not during work and it is possible overtrain even during a cycle...

I dont change my training days i just change the way i train.
i lower the volume of the workout as not to overtrain, but i do stick a heavy set in there just to keep my strength up, i also dont go out of the gym feeling wrecked as i save some energy for recovery period.
