id like to talk to some of the earlier bodybuilders like Eugen Sandow,or George hackenschmidt,these guys had no help with supplements and there were no training guides yet they both acheived asthetical quality physiques i imagine if you gave these guys from the 18-1900's todays equipment and nutrition they would show the world a thing or two

I agree with dongle, would be good to ask bodybuilder from say the 50's how they got so big naturally.
