Default Site injections.

I'm now considering test prop for my next cycle, with everyday injections. I have never done site injections for growth in specific muscle groups before, but I have been told that I should make sure to hit both heads of my bicep equally, but only the larger inner head of my tricep.

I know how to inject everywhere else, but am unsure on this point. Does anyone have experience with site injections?

Thanks!

prop is great...you'll love it...but prop has no effect on the specific site growth it is injected into, so it really doesnt matter if you hit the tricep or bicep heads equally...just make sure you rotate enough...i just used delts, quads and glutes on a regular rotation cycle with no problem...

thats what i found anyway plus its fantastic to do before you train the bodypart phsycological or not

do you know how it works ? the injected muscle will swell because of the fluid injected into it. the body will then draw more fluid into that muscle to encapsulate the alien substance. the effect of this is swolen muscle with less detail due to the fluid buildup. once the fluid buildup disperses, the muscle returns to the same size as before with the exception of a small piece of scar tissue. regular shots into a small muscle such as biceps or triceps will cause a localised buildup of scar tissue, which will give a slight increase in size. however, every time you inject in a small area, you damage the muscle fibres in there. this means anabolism is even more difficult to achieve in that muscle than it was previously.
site injections work short term, no doubt about it, but long term they don't do much good. if they did accelerate localised muscle growth, as people wrongly assume, then we'd all be walking round with oversized glutes.
