most of the cover models aint really that big, i belive it can be done without juice. cardio 2 times a day. plus weights and good diet.

Dont forget before those pics even hit the front cover a good deal of photoshopping is done.

Modifying shadows etc.... they dont 100% look like what you see on the cover.

i have the "muscle" book by one of those mags and there is a black guy in there with some wicked gyno!!!! so i reckon they all pin cushions...

I don't think they are. I mean they're not that big - I think it's all lighting. I think you could get into that shape without roids as you wouldn't be concerned about getting big.

they might not all be using what we would think of as mass steroids like test dianabol ect
but i would think they prob use clenbuterol t3s t4s or even the more anabolic stuff like winstrol stuff just for quality'
look at the women and men who go fom being masive competitive bodybuilder to fittness models they still use it just less and differnt stuff its just a tool fuk me i would
