Default cutting cycle

whats best for cutting?

got some ephadrine which i was thinking of running with either clen or winny but not sure what would be best

what do you guys recommend?

diet and training is all fine

Hi mate

Dont want to sound like a broken record but diet and cardio are the keys for cutting - you need to burn more cals than what u need for weight drop.We use AAS to help maintain the muscle while losing fat.

Thermogenics help of course by raising or core body temp but most of it is through diet and cardio.

things to help u on your way (relatively safe)-

eph
clen
green tea extract
helios
caffeine


There is other things like dnp,t3 etc but i feel they are not needed for you at this stage.


As for maintaining muscle i would just run test prop eod - bang in some winny tabs if you wish to give u a drier look.

opex is right, but if you say your diet and cardio is in check, then try either ephedra or clen...but I would NOT advise doing both at the same time...and no, I would not run winny by itself...

thanks for that guys think i'll just stick to running the eph for now and if i dont start seeing the results i'm looking for i'll think about stepping up to winny or clen

my main worry was about losing the muscle i've worked so hard gaining i've got some test e left over from my last cycle and was thinking having two a week would this be any good or would i be better off with the test prop eod as suggested?

test enth is good also - u may hold a little extra water but its primary goal is the same ie help maintain muscle

would you say test enth is better than sust for that purpose? I am planning an 8 week cutting cycle in spring using sust instead of test e because of the delay in test e getting going. Havent used sust before though so im open to advice.

im not sure if you were looking to do an injectable cycle but i would a recommend a cutting cycle of 4 weeks t bol at 60-70mg per day and 10 weeks of 2ml of test e.

that with diet and cardio, also some eph and clen, but not run at the same time, would be a sweet sweet cycle.

this would a be a novice cycle i think, as its one im starting may and currently on my 2nd light cycle.

i think if the diet and cardio doesnt work, i wouldnt really suggest adding another compound. i would just go back to the drawing board and change the cardio or diet regime.

test is test bro - its merely the esters than determine the realise which is different.

any test will help you maintain muscle while dieting - hell you could diet on adrol if you wanted!!! You would hold water but thats all it is water and not fat
