I'd personally say that if you're going to do 12 weeks, add something like Deca to the mix. But, if this is your first cycle, it's not the best idea to go for too many compounds. One thing i'd say is, that given you said in your intro post that you're just back to training, you might want to wait a bit until you hit a plateau. That said, if you're very much up for doing a cycle, a test enth only cycle would give great results, even for say 6-8 weeks. You may like to consider running HCG if you decide on a longer cycle, or decide to add something suppressive like Deca. |

| Join Date: Nov 2005 Posts: 1,172 Rep Power: ![]() | yep only just into my train again,its been 18 months,i know some will say to soon but im what ud call a gym freak,as soon as i touch a wieght my body goes into over load and developes very quickly!!!!sayin that i do find it farely hard to gain good size,this is why i feel im ready for the cycle,in the 18 months ive gained 2 and a half stone but that was easy,my body has stopped gainin much at all evern with a good diet and 5 to 6 meals a day,i train 5 on 2 of but it was surjested to do a 1 on 1of routine(sounds strange but u may be able to help with that idea?)im also the type who holds very low bf all the time,evern when bulkin!and i felt the longer cycle would be better for me as ill only be runnin this one cycle for 12 months as i did last time i trained and then up my diet and bulk for 12 months which may sound a bit long but with me holdin low bf it hardly looks like i m bulkin up,then after that ill see where i am as to another cycle?im not in this for comps and such but for my own self,so does any of that make sence or should i of slepted and writern this in the mornin lol ![]() |
