| Moderator Musclechat Icon Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: west yorkshire Posts: 1,023 Rep Power: ![]() | you're planning on taking 2-4 weeks off after 15 weeks on prop. if so, why bother coming 'off' at all. you're body isn't going to achieve any great healing process in a month. bridging isn't something that comes recomended, as you're never actually coming off, but it is done. as long as you remember to really come off and clean out at some point. sounds great in theory, but in practice you'll be slightly disappointed with the results, switching from one chemical to another eventually causes burnout and you'll find elevating amounts in your future cycles quickly becomes necessary to achieve any noticable gains. Bottom line, if you're a pretty advanced level bodybuilder, you will be cycling this way from time to time, if you're not that advanced, save this for when it's necessary. |
