The answer to your question is they are anti estrogen compounds such as Nolvadex Clomid and HCG although there are many more. they should really only be taken on cycle If gynocomastia ( bitch tits ) symptoms should appear. the reason for that is they can lower the effect of the steroid your taking. but what they basically do is lower estrogen in your body which cause all those nasty side effects, and also help to increase the bodys own natural test production. PCT ( post cycle therapy ) is a must after any steroid cycle also for the reasons i have stated above.

On cycle ancillaries also include any products you take immediately before during the cycle itself or in pct.

These include a range of things to combat the various side effects. Do a little research in the backlog of posts on this site and you will find the answers.
