Half lifes and Orals

Hi guys,

Just wondering how half lifes work in terms of dosing. If you had Var or Winstrol which have a half life of around 8-9 hours how many times a day would they need to be taken and would they need to be taken every 8 hours or thus the time would vary each day or could they be taken morning and evening at the same time?

I believe for winny and var the HL is around 8-9 hours. Three times a day dosing is optimal, but twice a day should be okay.
